Lance’s impressive commercial background includes CEO, Vice Chairman and majority shareholder to a market leading fully quoted PLC Group, which he sold to a Fortune 500 company. Lance started his lending business group in 2010 and has successfully financed and invested into hundreds of property, mezzanine and equity transactions. Lance is an empathetic and passionate leader. He has also been a charity trustee for many years.

Edward Alexson MSC, ACCA

Chief Operating Officer

Edward leads the business origination team at Iron Bridge Finance. His academic and professional background is in real estate development, lending and investment. As a qualified accountant with a Masters in Real Estate Investment, Edward brings to the team his property experience and financial knowledge which is pivotal to successful lending.

David Dean

Director of Credit

David has extensive experience in real estate lending and credit risk. He began his career at Lloyds Banking Group, where he played a key role in restructuring some of the UK’s largest housebuilders. David later led the Portfolio and Restructuring teams at Octopus Real Estate, managing over £750m in development, BTL, and bridging loans. Most recently, he worked at Silbury Finance and CapitalRise Finance as Head of Risk, where he helped establish new funding lines and built a credit function from scratch. David is a results-driven professional with a strong track record in the sector.

Antony kintish ba, msc

Development Director

Along with his Master’s Degree in Construction Project Management, Antony has over 16 years’ successful experience in construction and development project management. Along with running his own developments, he has been a trusted consultant to numerous lenders on the delivery of their projects. Antony leads the design, development and viability of Iron Bridge equity projects.

Oliver Pattni

Associate Director

Oliver has an impressive academic record from Cass Business School and a first-class honours in Accounting and Finance. His experience within the real estate team of a multinational bank includes underwriting, credit risk and debt structuring for a wide variety of property developments and investments across the UK.
